Dr. Nicole Grimes has an extensive background in education, leadership, and coaching. A native of Baker, Louisiana, Dr. Grimes is a two-time graduate of Southern University and A & M College (Bachelors and Masters degrees), and earned her doctoral degree from Southeastern Louisiana University in Education. Dr. Grimes has taught at the primary, middle, and high school level. Additionally, she has served as a principal in schools ranging from Pre-k through eighth grade. Her passion lies with working with students in various subgroups as well as leadership coaching adults to produce positive student results in the classroom. She is a lifelong learner, and believes in the importance of providing students with 21st century skills to become effective innovative competitors globally in various markets. Dr. Grimes has an appreciation for the impact of environmental resources that are needed to leverage future leaders, as well as, the daily impact on citizens as we continually grow exponentially across the world. Throughout her career, Dr. Grimes has attended a number of esteemed trainings and has been accepted into various professional development institutes including, but not limited to:
